Chocobo series

Has anyone else here played any of these games? I played a bit of Chocobo Racing the other day and I actually kind of enjoyed it, even though it's a very cutesy and silly game made for kids I still thought it was decent fun and a far cry from what the 4/10 reviews it received would have you believe. I'm considering trying out the Chocobo Dungeon games in the near future.

My only experience was with a demo of Chocobo Racing, which I found to be a fun Mario Kart knockoff, and possibly a demo of the original Chocobo Dungeon, but my foggy memory of my high school days means I might be confusing "playing" with watching someone else do it. I wouldn't be opposed to checking out either of them to be honest.

I keep wanting to play the chocobo dungeon games, but I’ve never had the chance. I think one released relatively recently (or maybe it was a remaster?) I’ll probably by that one in the next year only to not actually play it for a few years.

Yep it was a remaster of the Wii game released on PS4 and Switch last year.

That’s right. Whenever I get some funds I’ll have to buy it on the Switch. My work just closed until further notice though so I’ll probably have to wait a while to buy new games!

I have still yet to play any of these games. Square should make a moogle game, but given the state of modern Square it's not going to happen.
