@ JJ Strife I rewatched the chocobo scene. There wasn't enough indication to me that Vivi expressed any type of fascination - he says to himself "what is a chocobo?" and then hears a "kweh!" and then says "a chocobo!" and then gets kidnapped. Comparing to his actual fascination - and I know this question might be too general - it's significantly less ambiguous. You're extremely "hot" on what it is though.
