This was hard. Both soundtracks are fantastic. Tie of Link of ARCUS though.
FFVII has some great music (though its abominable victory theme is not one) but from beginning to end I absolutely love Cold Steel 2's OST.
FFVII has easily one of the best soundtracks in the series, which means it also has one of the best soundtracks around in game music. Yeah, right, Trails of Cold Steel. LOL.

Used an RNG to pick the winner since I've never played Trails. I figure I should be fair again and let fate takes it's course. Unfortunately, fate was not with Trails this time and FFVII will continue on to the next round.
