I can’t not vote for Bowser’s Inside Story. The gameplay is extremely fun. I fully expect it to lose though, as I imagine more people have played DA2, but still. I just think it’s neat.

I'm not a dragon Age fan, but I actually don't really like the Mario and Luigi gameplay all that much so I don't know.
I'm not really a fan of the Mario & Luigi games, and lament the fact Paper Mario went the way it did because Nintendo didn't want the two series to be too similar, but of all the things to blame or complain about, the gameplay's not one of them.
Meanwhile I've not really been into the gameplay of any of the three (surprisingly different) Dragon Age games.
