I like the music in XIII-2 better but don’t like anything else about it. Can’t comment on Cold Steel yet at all though tbh so I guess I’ll just abstain
These are FFXIII-2's two best categories. Not even a choice.

Agreed, almost depressing how even so it still pales in comparison to Cold Steel.
Yeah, not really sure why the best categories for the generally lower rated sequel to one of the worst FF games should carry much weight at all.
Never mind decided to vote anyway. I’ve heard enough Trails music to know it dies nothing for me. Though XIII-2’s is not my favorite OST of the trilogy, I think it’s still incredibly well made, fun and staggeringly eclectic. Reminds me a lot of the TWEWY soundtrack
RNG for this one, and the victor is Trails of Cold Steel.
