Upcoming new shows or seasons you're watching in 2021

One of the exciting things about new shows this year is that a lot of shows either skipped a season last year or only did a partial season. TV is getting back into the swing of full time shows in this upcoming "fall season".

What are some shows you want to watch in the back third of the year?

The Walking Dead is coming back for its final season, but it doesn't really have the weight of finality given that spinoff shows are still ongoing and upcoming.

I'm enjoying Marvel's new "What if?" show. The great thing about the MCU introducing a multiverse is that all of these alternate realities can technically be canon, they just happen to be taking place in a different timeline.

DC's Titans just started a new season on HBO Max. People have kinda been sleeping on Titans, probably because it started on the now defunct "DC Universe" streaming service. But I think the move to HBO has given it some new life.

The only shows on the horizon I'm psyched for are Good Omens Season 2, Season 3 of What We Do in the Shadows, and The Sandman Netflix series. Also season four of Aggretsuko, whenever that comes out.

I'm gonna be tuning into the last season of Supergirl and I'm interested in watching more of Heelz after catching the first episode last night.

Ted Lasso - a feel-good show when we really need it.

Brooklyn 99 - will be interesting where they take this show given everything that has happened over the past 2 years.

Marvel's What If? - the first episode was fun.

I'll probably check out other Marvel shows as they trickle out (Hawkeye, Ms. Marvel, etc.).

The Witcher - I think season 2 is still 2021?

Survivor - I miss watching a nice familiar reality game show.

So excited for the newest season of Ted Lasso. Such a good show. Just recently lost my free Apple TV + subscription I’ve had for a while, but I’ll definitely resubscribe after a while just for that show.
