Do the Pixel Remasters contain any of the additional changes from the Advance versions?

From my understanding, they contain most of the gameplay changes so entries like FFII play like the DoS version instead of like the more faithful Origin version. FFIII takes the gameplay refinements from the DS versions. So mainly it keeps gameplay fixes but dropped all the new optional content. I imagine FFIV will play like the PSP version and V and VI will be like the GBA versions with their scripts and gameplay fixes.
