    Default Castlevania Advance Collection

Looks like Konami is releasing a collection of all the GBA titles. Any thoughts? What's your favorite Castlevania entry?

This is an awesome buy for anyone who hasn’t played these games. Symphony of the Night is my favorite but the GBA trilogy is as close as you get to it.

It's a tough question for me because I love the series. Symphony of the Night is likely the winner because I've played it more than the others but Castlevania III is superb and the GBA entries are charming as hell, especially Soma Cruz entries. I still have a handful of entries I haven't played yet, but it's hard for me to think of a truly bad entry in the series outside of the Gameboy entries.

This collection is pretty awesome it seems, Konami has done a good job with them as the classicvania one was superb as well. I imagine they'll do a DS collection next, and possibly a PS2 one as well. Sadly, I still wish Konami had released Castlevania Legends since it's the only handheld entry that hasn't had a re-release outside of the DS ones.

Even though I know it's because one is GBA and one is DS, I still feel like it's weird to not have both of Soma's games in one collection.

Sadly, the only Castlevania I've ever played was Harmony of Dissonance. I enjoyed it, but never got into the series. Maybe this is my chance... 🤔

Still feels extremely sketchy, giving Konami money. I want the collection, but may wait for a sale.. They still have a lot of groveling and mud to crawl through in my book
