I look at the place most every day, post a couple of times a year, AND THEN GET REALLY ANGRY AT THE SPAMMERS. Just kidding. Christmas can spam all she wants.

I joined when I was 13ish as Godzilla3001 then again when I was 14 as PureQuin14. Good times
I kind of hate social media and real time chat stuff like Discord for socialising. There's something about the thread on a forum format that is just... I dunno, it just feels better. I wish all the EoFF discorders would come back here and post instead.
I definitely hit the two decade mark and now EoFF has been around more of my life than it hasn't. I still check all the time but it is tough to get the posting ball rolling with no one else really active. I'm still keeping it around though, for moments like these when Christmas bumps decade old threads!
EoFF still has the magic for me, though more historical now. It's like an old house where important things once happened but no one lives there any more. The house is still there and could still be filled again some day, even if that isn't likely.

I joined alllll the way back when I was 14. I didn't post much (still kinda don't) but I enjoyed the discussions and the rapport everyone had with each other. I was a regular EoFFer all through high school, then I went to University and kinda forgot about it for a while.
Last year I got drunk and decided to check it out again. I don't regret it.
(Also I'm so happy you're back Christmas, don't ever leave again)

I think there was another prominent site back in those days. Final Fantasy Online or something? I joined for a while and find that place relatively scary.
I stayed here longer mainly because of Future Esthar's theories, haha.

i remember trying to make a signature pic and learning how html in signatures works and putting in C:/Users/krissy/Documents/Photos/CoolFFOSignature.JPEG in the address and then seeing it myself and wondering why others aren't commenting on how cool my sig is until i logged in from school
