Play the Pixel Remaster

I won't die until people see how nice this game is, and the Pixel Remaster makes it even easier to get into. It also has a great OST.

Well, the price is pretty decent. I can afford it by abducting and selling more Baby Ex-Deaths.

I was reading its Steam Page. Does it have the GBA content added (that heavenly emperor crap and more)?

I rmb the FF VI pixel remaster does not have the Dragon Den Content.

None of the PR's have the GBA content which is probably the biggest issue with them. Thankfully for me I think the GBA content for FF1 2 and 4 sucked so not a big loss, but I understand that it shouldn't have happened either.

The good of the PR versions really outweighs any lack of any extra dungeons. Trust me, the GBA bonuses were nothing to write home about to begin with

Does the PR eliminate the “hit your own characters” grinding from the original? That was always my biggest gripe for this game.

It's still there, but it's not really necessary to grind all that out in this version. The game can be knocked out in a weekend if you have the time to dedicate to it.
