For most people it seems overwhelmingly Lulu.

I imagine getting a high affection for Kimahri is kind of like dating Barret at the Gold Saucer. It can be done, but you might have to go out of your way to do it.

In my first playthrough I got Rikku, and I'm not sure how. I've got Lulu every other time. I might try for an Auron sled date next time.

So you cannot replace the sled with Kimhari no matter what? I always wanted to ride a Ronso and then push it off the cliff when I am done.
