I watched Nightcrawler (starring Jake Gyllenhal). It was ok. It wasn't boring but it not amazing either. It's about a guy who films brutal crime scenes but it gets more twisted.

The season 11 premiere of holiday baking championship on the food network. I absolutely love this series every winter time.

The official Mythbusters YouTube channel have been uploading full episodes, so I have been having fun rewatching old episodes I haven't seen in quite some time. Plus, some stuff they use around their shop is similar to stuff I see at my work, so carrying more knowledge about random stuff they use is pretty interesting now.

the second of Albert Pyun's "hood trilogy", Corrupt.

While this isn't great, it's surprisingly low key and talky rather than nothing but gang battles.

    The Woman of Snow (1968)

A seriously depressing ending to this fantasy/horror/romance about a Yuki-onna finding love and happiness with a human sculptor in a Japanese village.

Really, really enjoyed how it built towards the ending.
