Well, we have a release date, a price point... sort of, and even a preview of some titles for it, so who is thinking of picking one up?

True beauty exists in things that last only for a moment.

I think overall the price point of the system itself I could justify paying for, especially if we get that 'up to 120FPS' promise actually lived up too, and not just some technically true statement.
But... 80$ for a game? Count me out, that price for all the really big Nintendo games is too much. I have so many good indie and AA studio games coming out that aren't even hitting 60$ that are giving me more value than any AAA title out, there is no way I am justifying game purchases like that. Clair Obscur looks and plays better than most other games out, especially those of the AAA market, and it's only 50.
Well, I have Switch 2, as evidenced by my playing Donkey Kong Bananza in the other thread.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed so far. There's a real lack of games that put this system above Switch 1. Mario Kart looks amazing but doesn't play a ton better than Mario Kart 8 (which I like better anyway). Hades 2 is super fun but Hades 1 was also fun and was fine on Switch 1. I did play the upscaled version of the new Pokemon game (my kid has the cart so I just paid the $10 for the upgrade), but I'm just not into the real time battles of this pokemon. There's also Metroid Prime 4 out there. Other than that, I can't think of a real killer app that makes you want to trade up your Switch 1.
