To get that kind of thing to display in the boards, you can put html bold tags in between the [ and the text, like so:Originally posted by Squally Leonharty
There's also a BB code for it.
[ SIZE=1]text goes here[ /SIZE] (without spaces behind [ )
Which makes:
text goes here![]()
<BLOCKQUOTE><BLOCKQUOTE>[<b></b>SIZE=1]text goes here[<b></b>/SIZE]</BLOCKQUOTE>yields
<BLOCKQUOTE>[SIZE=1]text goes here[/SIZE]</BLOCKQUOTE>yields
<BLOCKQUOTE>text goes here</BLOCKQUOTE></BLOCKQUOTE>As for how I got the bold tags to display, there's special HTML escape characters you can use for < and > signs: < for "less than" and > for "greater than". I got the escape codes to display by perforating them with bold tags. Yep, it's complicated.
