I got the escape codes to display by perforating them with bold tags. Yep, it's complicated.

I just remember that [ is 91 in ascii, so I just replace it with <B>&#91; </B>, giving [ That way I only have to change one character when I want that sort of stuff to display
And 91 = 13 x 7, dunno why I use that to remember it though xD
