another forum suggestion....
when I was on FFOnline for a while they did this and it seemed to work very well. I think that we should try to have a 'mature' General Chat. You don't nescessarily HAVE to be 18 to go in but there would have to be a disclaimer page in front of it to try and protect the 'less mature' eyes. The only thing I could think of that would DEFINATELY not be allowed would be the actual posting of 'adult' material (porno, hentai, etc). Just a thought....

Why would the disclaimer be needed if adult stuff isn't going to be posted in there anyway? I don't really see the need for another forum myself anyway

I see what you mean though, crono. EoEO pretty much is a mature Gen Chat already. Although I when I think "adult" I generally don't think "morbid", with EoEO being the latter.
Well, the idea may seem harmless, but could you imagine what we'll allow if such a forum existed? We'd have "adult" material in a place where there are members who happened to be minors, and they would might view the forum if it was included. A place like EoFF, if we had the forum included (and you were caught viewing pictures in that forum in a library or at school), would be banned from public computers. We wouldn't want that, and I'm sure you don't as well.

CL and Proto, I think he means it's just a forum for the discussion of adult material, not for posting adult pictures. =) Still, I can see how it might go too far.
I don't reckon that forum would be any contribution, personally. But yeah, if it did happen, I don't see why anyone who posts porn in it couldn't be removed from the in-forum-list-thing.
