    Sephiroth is absolutely right, and it's not just limited to FFIX-bashing either. Check this thread for some uncalled-for bashing of FFVIII that, in addition to being poorly thought-out, also made no sense. In particular, check the posts of a user called (SPOILER) Bloodthirst for some excessive mean-spiritedness after I politely asked everyone in the thread to be moderate when they expressed themselves.

    I think this needs to stop.
