is not an apology. Don't lie and say that it is; that's insulting too. You could have just said "I'm sorry" again, sincerely, rather than lying to say you've already apologised; somehow, it makes a better impression, which is something I'd be very concerned about making right now if I were you. Instead, you're doing one of the things I asked you not to do in that other thread. You know the one.

And you didn't remove the attachment either; that was one of the staff, since had you removed it, there would be a notice that said you edited your post.
