.gif animator

I've been looking for an animated .gif creation program, as the one I have now is some cheesy shareware that tries to put 'this .gif made using this program' in between each frame. Do you have any suggestions?

Movies11 is a good freeware GIF animator. I don't have a link for it, but I'm sure you could find it at http://www.downloads.com

Paint Shop Pro comes with Animation Shop, which is what I use. It's mightily good. You can get it at download.com too. It's shareware though, not freeware.

Get Animation Shop from Jasc from KaZaA. It's pretty good. Don't worry, I won't tell.
