After 5 long hours trying to setup my new hard drive, I finally did it, but...
This new hard Drive is now my Drve D: and my old drive D: is now E: and my drive E: is now F:... How do I change it back?

What version of Windows do you use? It depends.
I know, I should be killed for that but... WinME
Partition Magic is the only solution I see without actually deleting the old ones through the Windows CD and then renaming them that way. But I'm sure there's another way, anyone?
The reason why this has happened si because of how WinME orders the letters of partitions. "Primary" partitons get priority of letters over "Logical" - my guess is you made a Primary Partition on the new HD, and since that gets priority, it nicked the othe drive letters
Use Partition Magic to delete it (make sure it's empty, which it should be if it's a new drive), then creaste a new one, making sure the new one you make is a Logical Partition.
Of course, if any of the letters that changed was a CD drive or something, you can't change it back (in WinME anyway), CD letters always come after HD latters. But doing what I said above will fix any changed letters of old HDs
The problem is ithat its not a partitiom, all the others are, what I installed is a completly new Hard Drive
Edit: My main HD was split in 3, My C drive for Windows, my D Drive for me and the E drive for my Bro. But now my new HD became D...
I know, adding the new HD would have bumped the letters of the partitions on the old drive down, which is why you need to repartiton the new HD again (the way explained above) to fix that
Ok
*Goes off to more HD related Frustrations*
It's easy to change it in XP or an NT-based OS. Harder in ME. http://www.annoyances.org/exec/show/article02-024
