how about a war sub forum for the eyes on each other

it would be a war forum

JUST FOR flaming and spam

it would take most of the unessary spam and flaming in other forums.
and make the other forums more fun

anyone who agrees please say so
ed requested it and i think its a good idea and he never got around to doing it.
