Golbeza had a fantastic personality if you played a decent translation, such as J2e's. Also, I strongly disagree that Kuja was a sissy; anyone who can (SPOILER)destroy Terra entirely on his own is a force to be reckoned with. I also felt him to be the best-developed villain in the series, but Kefka would be a very close second.
