Let's have a vB tag in which you paste the contents of a small gif in between, and the tag converts it into a smilie for you. Then we'll never need to add smilies again, you just use the tag to paste in one you might only ever use once ever

Woah woah, calm down sparky. If staff added every single smilie that anyone has ever wanted then there would be thousands of smilies that would never get used. As it is with 120 smilies, no one uses half of them. No more are needed.
