The thing I don't like about it is that when it comes time to make nominations, most people can't even remember more that 10 member names to put into the categories, and most of these names are members who have posted so much in the past few days that every thread has one of their posts in it. Thus people get 15 nominations while the majority of the population of active members at EoFF get none.

Tell me the percentage of this board that's male. I suspect it's fairly high. Male humor is often only funny to other guys. So if most of the humor being output is male, and most of the people receiving the humor is male, then that will dominate any such vote on who is the best spammer of funny things. Of course, this is just an average. If you took a vote as to who was the most attractive member, and everyone answered "honestly," I bet a girl would always win.

FF2j Queen Lamia, at one point she even gets Frionel in a bedroom with her and jumps on the bed and says "take me!".. before she turns into her snakey self. She serves as a mini boss in this game (as Queen Lamia).. and after you fight her as a mini boss, regular lamia's become random foes and later on in the game, Queen Lamia's become random foes as well.

And yeah, it does seem sorta like the awards are biased towards those who have posted a lot in the last few weeks. I don't know any way to get around that though, especially since a large number of the people who regularly posted, say, four months ago barely come here anymore. Oh well.
And you're a finalist in any category you get two nominations for. The list BooB posted above was just people who only got one nomination for a given category, but that was merely for the sake of enlightening us, not for the sake of anything competition-related.
