Specifically, Spuuky has a coloured custom title because it was installed by an administrator, and Britt has "<font color=#B385DE>The Mole</font>" above his rank because he installed it himself before de-administrating himself, and the staff's coloured "<font color=#CDC8DB>Administrator</font>," "<font color=#87B7FF>Cid's Knight</font>," "<font color=orange>Site Staff</font>," "<font color=#00C000>Senior Site Staff</font>," "<font color=#F7E243>Recognized Member</font>," "<font color=#5EC47F>and whatever else</font>" ranks are due to a hack installed in the vB awhile back. Fool's Gold, when it's up, uses a template modification of similar means, but HTML is disallowed in vBulletin custom ranks as a rule. I'm honestly not even sure how you'd allow it if you wanted to, but it's no concern of mine, in any case.
