Actually, thinking about it; I like the idea of the Custom Title being only possessed by STAFF and recognised users, of which I'm neither.
I count Site Staff and Senior Site Staff as Staff in general since they have Staff in their name. Therefore, I included them BEFORE I got this shiny orangey thing underneath my name =P
