Mmmn, yeah. I can't seem to change my av.
I've obviously done it before. As you can see, I have a custom av. But now, I can't change it.

Have you checked the avatar is within the limits of 60x60 pixels, 5 kB, and is gif or jpg? And made sure the correct box is selected as well
Well...when I click on "Change Your Av" or whatever, it says I don't have permission to...or...something. O.o
Weird, you'll have to wait 'til an admin sees this thread then so they can check what's wrong with your user account, since that's where the problem probably is.
