Banner & Navbar HELP!!!

Need help creating banner for a website... I'm using PSP 7 but I can't seem to make a nice banner just like EOFF banner... Please help..... And is it possible to make a navigation bar on PSP??? Thanks

All you really need to do is practice. Try playing around with transparency and blending modes. If you're doing something with a bunch of pictures inside like the EoFF banner, it helps to put each picture on its own layer. That way it's much easier to move around.

If by navigation bar you mean the list of links to the left of most sites, that's all it is. It's just a list of links. You put those in when you're coding the site. If you want to make it fancier with buttons and whatnot instead of text, then yeah, you can make those in PSP.
