If you click that link, you'll be taken to a thread where you can post a request for someone to make a picture you can put in your signature. To put it in your signature, you'll have to upload it to the internet using your own webspace, and then, I believe it's [.img]http://www.blahblah.com/picture.jpg[./img] (replacing my fake address with the address of your picture, and without the periods by img). But I'm not certain.
Edit: I'm a moron, to put that code in there how I did, so it gives you a broken image icon. >_< *fixes*
