    I just got RPG creator 2000 and I need to put in my own music so I need something to create/covert/compose MIDI files

    If you want to compose your own stuff, go search for JAZZ MIDI Sequencer - might seem daunting at first, but you can do a heck of a lot of tweaking to it, including placing/timing individual notes per instrument very precisely.
