I think it would be a tie between the Ragnorak from VIII, or the Highwind from VII. The Ragnorak is awesome, but the Highwind has those three stages, so you could escape pretty easily.

hehe, i want the one from Final Fantasy Unlimited the very short cut down in the end show made shortly after the film, i got ti with subs i didnt think it was to bad
cuz the show got scrapped 26 episodes early due to poor ratings i never got to see the ship in action but just from looking at it being built it was beautiful, brought a tear to ma eye, i wan it i wan it i wan it :P

There's something very strange about the Ragnarok's internal structure.
i'll try to explain it... you know that large storage bay, the one kind of like a hangar, with an upper level walkway surrounding it? Well, start off in there and leave through the large doors at the end of the lower level. Follow the corridor along and around to the left. Keep going, don't use any lifts or stairs if you come to them.
Eventually, you'll find yourself back in the hangar - on the top level, without having gone up at all.
I've always found this strange...
