On your user control panel you prolly got the color scheme set on Ed's Technicolor nightmare.

Go to your user control panel and switch to the default colour scheme. I don't know why it would switch itself on its own for you like that.

I think admin do randomly set it - it happened to me and I had no idea why. .

I'm sure that's the default scheme if you don't see the option when you registered, even though BOU says otherwise
