    LOL. I always thought he looked like he had a dog's face. I have no idea, but I think that what might be construed as a snout might be a mustache. It's sort of hard to tell with 16-bit sprites.

    I think it wasn't intended for him to look like a dog, he just... ended up that way. xD All those moustaches and everything combined... heh.

    If that's his mustache that's one crazy handlebar look going on. I always thought he looked like a dog if I looked closely, so I just turned a blind eye and pretended that he was a normal looking person. A puppy-dog looking emperor isn't scary or imtimidating.

    Does anyone have a picture of the sprite floating around that we could check out?
