It could work with the forums too. They probably let you specify the <head> tag in the admin CP somewhere. I don't remember.
I don't know what to use. Chocobo might be nice. Maybe even just its head if the whole thing isn't clear enough. The icons have to be pretty small. If you find a picture and no one here can change it to a .ico file I can do that.
