GF Diablo attack
If I'm not mistaken, Diablos attack is basically Demi which reduces the targets health by a percentage. My question is: Is the percentage of Diablo fixed at a number (ex. 1/4, 1/2, 3/4) or does it vary with enemies (ex. normal enemies 3/4 while bosses 1/4)? I knkow the max is 9999 overall.
Also, I may be mistaken, but I thought I have seen some very low level ememies be killed by the attack outright, instead of just getting reduced health.

his attack power depends on his level. for example, diablos at level 50 will take off 50% of the enemy's max HP, etc. not sure if he can kill outright.. i never noticed.. i only really used diablos for the tonberry king quest.

Diablos can kill outright if he is at level 100 and the enemy he is facing has less than 9999 HP. The 9999 limit doesn't mean that the GF can't remove 100% of the enemy's HP - he can - it is just that by the time Diablos gnerally gets to such a high level, the only enemies in the game left to face have very high HP or are immune to Diablos' attack.
And try to get Diablos as soon as possible. Get him Around level 8 or so. Using Laguna Ward and Kiros works well for this, seeing as they are a bit stronger.

This GF is quite useful specially against Tonberrys, TRexaurs or Snowlions.
Not getting upset or anything... But I'll give your attachment a few days before a mod comes and deletes it since it has no relevance to the the thread. Just keep that in mind, so mods will badger you relentlessly for small things like that.

Anyway, yeah. I find Diablos is much easier to kill early on, and you want to get Mug ASAP.
As useful as Mug is, I find Enc-None the best of Diablos' abilities. I love being able to stop random encounters at will.The only place it doesn't work is *Spoiler* the Deep Sea Research Center.
I think you shoul fight alot i was on lv 100 with lots of gf,s and lionheart and 100 ultimas to stength 9999hp but it still took me a week of hard work to beat ultimecia
