You know the bit inside mount giea (near the start of disk 2) Where you have to fight the giant icicles? At the far left of the ledge there is a chest that contains "last elixir" It doesn't appear in you item list nor weapons and neither is it the last elixir you find. Can anyone tell me what it is?

It's a bad translation, I think they are in reality Elixirs or Megalixirs, probably the latter, and therefore wouldn't show up in your menu.

Yes, the literal translation is Last Elixir even though they're called Megalixers in the Western versions of the games. The translators just missed one.
