    You know that some people have these really cool signatures, right? I was wondering how U do that? Do U need some computer program or what?

    If you want to start making them, Photoshop is the way to go. There are tutorials all over the place, which you could find via search engine.

    Fireworks for animated GIFs though, last time I checked, Photoshop doesn't understand animations
