    It's probably an IP ban. One of the ops could change that. Some servers also ban 'naughty' emails, like @ihateyou.com, and 'naughty' nicks, like Trout so try changing your details.

    It takes one lame idiot using your ISP and java chat to get java chat banned from your whole ISP due to it being very difficult to block just the one jerk due to the nature of java chat, so hard luck really I'd suggest you get mIRC instead, that way it's easier to identify you uniquely so this is less likely to happen

    Whenever I have that problem (usually when I'm using AOL as my ISP), I usually log into #fflegend and tell someone I know is in #eoff to let me in. If you ask someone to let you in, they will.
