How do I use saved games that I downloaded?

I downloaded a perfect saved game for FFX here but I have no idea how to use it @.@ Do you know how?

Get some special hardware that allows you to hook the memory card up to the PC

Or use the PS2 as a web browser instead and download onto the memory card from there, I guess

I have no idea - all I know is it's capable of hooking up to the internet
