I agree with Yams. Sometimes the forums seemed a bit dreary with cynicism and such, but I thought the rule change was a good idea. But, like RSL said, when it detracts from the meaning of a real thread, it's conflictual to the rule's intended cause.

There's still the matter of things being up to individual knights' judgment. Crap threads are crap threads--It doesn't matter how the hell it's defined, we all know what they are. There will be no more loopholes.

Can you ban people just for being idiots? Because it seems that a certain person (I'm not going to place any names here, just to avoid starting a needless flame war) fits that description really firmly. He's really getting on my nerves. :S

Besides, the person in question isn't getting on just a few people's nerves, I think he's getting on almost everyone's nerves. And say what you will about me, but I don't think I was ever an idiot.
