Which villain has the best theme?

Out of all the Final Fantasys, which villain has the best theme? For me, it's a cross between Kuja's and Seymour's.

Kuja by far. Immoral Melody + Dark Messenger are the single best two tracks on any Final Fantasy soundtrack, or so I believe anyway

But also that music when he walks through the fire in Nibelheim, I *think* it's called "Those chosen by the Planet" but I'm not sure. Someone correct me on that, is pretty cool.

But I must admit the music when you fight Trance Kuja is great also.

Seymour 4th time tune was good. So was Jechts. The boss battles of FF2 and 7 were good to.
