First, you go into a forum. Then click on "New Topic", once you're done that, look at the bottom. Check "Yes! post a poll" and choose the amount of options you desire in the poll, then after you submit the thread the first time, it'll go onto the poll options. Where you can choose exactly what you want the selections to be and such.
