Well it's going to depend upon what type of mood you're inand what style of final fantasy you want. But to pick one out of the dark I'd go with FFVI.
I'm guessing you already have beaten these games. So uhmmm, I'll say go with VI as well. Nice variety of characters to choose from and each one has somewhat diverse abilities/stats/etc. So go with that and play with a unique party you haven't tried before.

Why not 5? I'd say go with 5, but since you seem to have a vendetta against the fourth greatest FF ever, go with 1 for that sense of completion.

FFT. There's always something new to try with that one.
Since you havn't compelted it I say go with 1 since you can have differnt partys. I would say 5 but you don't want to play it.
