It's great fun.
I always thought that they threw their heads at you for an attack and another one grew back. And that the graphic in the game was them pulling their heads off.
I just imagine them with an. It's crazyfun. Yep yep, So crazy and fun that they combine into a single word.
I still think it means that they are insane. Y'know, like that painting by Edvard Munch, The Scream.

hmm I always wondered about that too..maybe their heads are too heavy and they have to hold them or they'll fall off?

I like to think of them as head bangers. Troll concerts are pretty intense

It has to be the music. You here that song too many times and you start to go insane. Then you start making up words to go with the tune. After that you can't help but singing the stupid song in your head every time your in combat. It's enough to kill you, I know... hee hee, haa haa haa, hoo hoo wa hoo
