I agree with StriderX284 on one thing, and that's the smileys he wants removed. I'd love for all non-emotion-esque smileys to be removed, and also those gun ones etc. The one may be used for spam more often, but the percentage of usage of a smiley for spam is by far the greatest for the gun and sword ones.
