Its a cool move, but don't use it too much. It doesn't work very often. I suggest finding the Ragarnok and learning Shock. (If you have an ocean chocobo and a dead pepper go to Quans Dwelling and after you see Quan and all that Jazz, look over the ledge with the clock.)
