How do I learn it? I haven't found anything that teaches it.

I would tell you, but first I would have you realize that it's Iai Strike, not "Lai Strike."

You learn the Iai Strike skill from the Rune Blade. You can find that in Daguerreo.

Its a cool move, but don't use it too much. It doesn't work very often. I suggest finding the Ragarnok and learning Shock. (If you have an ocean chocobo and a dead pepper go to Quans Dwelling and after you see Quan and all that Jazz, look over the ledge with the clock.)

Getting Iai Strike just for the purpose of getting them all? I did that too. But was dissapointed in the move. To this date, it adn thunder strike have NEVER hit. I don't really use Shock either... costs too much MP. Which Steiner doesn't have. But, it's good to see people willing to go do the wok just so they can say they did. I guess I'm not alone after all. I'll just never get Excalibur II.... You miss too many other good weapons trying to get it. Poo on that.
