    Default File hosting (for streaming AVI or WMV)

    Where would I go for free file hosting for an avi or Windows Media player format file?

    Install on your PC, and voila, your own web server Might need to configure your router to forward port 80 to the appropriate machine, otherwise once it's installed, you can host web pages/images/videos etc. and people can download with a standard browser by going to your IP or hostname instead

    Uhh actully I was thinking more along the lines of upoading files from my system onto a server for free, I'll put apache on hold untill I get cable service (I have 56k *shudder*) What other services are there?
