    Spyware, *is scared*

I fell that I may have unintetionally had about 8 pounds (exageratted amount but still worried) of Spyware on my system which I may have gotten from a ton of websites and possibly Kazaa lite. I deleted kazaa lite to be a little safer but is there a way I can find out how much spyware I have on my system ad how to delete it? I use Windows XP pro if that matters at all. I hope I'm not saying anything in this thread that makes me sound stupid about spyware but help me out anyway.

That's a good anti adware program too. A little more complicated to use than adaware, but it's good to couple both programs together because adaware catches stuff Spybot doesn't and vice versa.

Spybot Search & Destroy is pretty nice, apparently gets updated more often than AdAware too.
Problems playing downloaded videos? Try CCCP
