I was under the impression that (SPOILER)Safer Sephiroth's difficulty is level-dependant. Doesn't make too much difference, though - he's still pretty easy if you know how.

And fiendishly difficult the first few times, for me at least.

This thread needs "spoiler" warnings, in my opinion...
